2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To request a return, email support@drinksomno.com with your order number, the items you’d like to return, and the reason (optional but helpful).
The return will be approved after inspection.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are used, incomplete, or damaged.
Conditions:
•Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging (unless defective).
•Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
•Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders may be modified or canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order may already be in process and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
Once fulfilled, the order can only be returned under the standard 30-day policy.

4. What Can’t Be Returned
We do not accept returns on:
•Personalized or custom orders
•Bulk or wholesale orders
•Gift cards or promotional items

5. Statutory Right to Cancel (UK / EEA Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel your order for any reason.
To exercise this right:
1.Email support@drinksomno.com clearly stating your decision to cancel.
2.Return the products within 14 days of notifying us.
3.Keep proof of postage.
We’ll refund the full product price (including the original standard delivery cost, if charged) once we receive the items in saleable condition.
You are responsible for return postage unless the product was faulty or sent in error.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at support@drinksomno.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If eligible, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

7. Processing Time
Returns and refunds (or store credits) are processed within 14 business days after your item has been received and inspected.
All credits are issued in the original currency of purchase.

8. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
•Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
•We’ll send an email confirmation once processed.
•Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-refundable:
•Shipping charges (except where required by law)
•Gift cards or promotional freebies
•Items returned after 30 days (unless defective)

9. Subscriptions
If you purchased through a Somno Subscription, cancelling your subscription does not automatically refund your most recent shipment once processed.
You can cancel future renewals anytime through your Customer Portal or by emailing support@drinksomno.com before your next billing date.

10. Gifts
If you received Somno® as a gift:
•Refunds go to the original purchaser’s payment method.
•Upon request, we can issue store credit to the gift recipient.

11. Returns from Outside the UK
Customers in the EU or USA may return items at their own cost (except for defective goods).
Please mark the parcel as “Returned goods – no commercial value” to avoid customs delays.
Somno® is not responsible for import fees or taxes on incorrectly declared returns.

12. Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information.
For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
We’ll assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for courier errors beyond our control.

13. Colour Disclaimer
Due to lighting conditions and screen settings, product colours may vary slightly from what you see online.

14. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
1.Check your bank or card account again.
