At Somno®, we design wellness products to help you feel restored, relaxed, and realigned. If your experience isn’t what you hoped for, we offer a clear and fair return policy — built on transparency, respect, and intention.

✦ 30-Day “Restful Nights” Guarantee

We believe in the power of nightly rituals. That’s why you can try your Somno® blend for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you don’t feel a difference — in your sleep, relaxation, or overall well-being — you may return it for store credit, as long as the following conditions are met:

• The product is returned in excellent condition (light signs of use are okay)

• All original packaging and materials are included

• You email us first at support@drinksomno.com with your order number

• The return is approved after inspection

If approved, you’ll receive store credit equal to the product value. This credit never expires and can be used on any future order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are heavily used, incomplete, or damaged.

✦ Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders may be modified or canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in process and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

✦ What Can’t Be Returned

We do not accept returns on:

• Personalized or custom orders

• Bulk orders

• Gift cards or promotional items

✦ Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@drinksomno.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

✦ Processing Time

Returns and store credit are processed within 14 business days after your item has been received and inspected. All credits are issued in the original currency of purchase.

✦ Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information. For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’ll do our best to assist where possible.
