At Somno®, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.
Where We Ship From
We ship from our fulfillment centers in the United Kingdom, European Union, and United States.
Your order will be routed from the location with the fastest availability of your selected kit.
Please note: Depending on stock levels, your order may ship from a country different from your own.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Processing time: 1–4 business days 
- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days (excludes weekends, holidays, and customs delays) 
- Sales or peak periods: Processing may take up to 7–10 business days 
- Holiday season: Orders placed after December 14th may not arrive before Christmas 
Your estimated delivery time will always be shown at checkout.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
- Tracking can take 2–5 business days to activate depending on the carrier 
- U.S. and UK customers usually see live tracking within 48 hours 
- Final delivery is handled by your local postal service 
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
By placing an order, you authorize Somno® and our partners to import the goods on your behalf.
These charges are not included in the product price.
Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
- Address changes must be requested within 6 hours of purchase 
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address input, we can either: - Reship it (shipping cost applies), or 
- Refund you (minus the shipping cost) 
 
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
Packages returned for reasons not caused by Somno® may be:
- Reshipped (with additional shipping cost), or 
- Refunded (minus shipping charges) 
We recommend always using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update. If nothing shows after that, contact us.
“Can I cancel my order?”
Yes — as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
